- When you register for a WorksLink or Website account, we will collect your account name (or username), password, phone number, email address, etc.
- If you choose to log in via a third-party account (e.g., WeChat, QQ, GitHub, Google, etc.), we may obtain certain account information provided by that third party (such as nickname, avatar, email, etc.) and associate this information with your WorksLink account.

- When you use WorksLink to remotely access another device or allow someone else to remotely access your device, WorksLink may log remote connection status, session duration, error messages, and other relevant information for service quality evaluation, troubleshooting, and security risk management.

- During remote support or sessions, for enabling remote control and collaboration, WorksLink may need to transmit, temporarily cache, or process the screen content, voice, text communications, file data, etc. between you and the other party. - We do not actively store or retain files, images, audio, video, or other content exchanged during remote sessions unless required for specific functions (e.g., recording, cloud storage), and we will only store them with your authorization. Any recorded or cloud-stored content will only be accessible to you or authorized parties and will not be used for other purposes.

- If you cannot access or correct this information through the above methods or need help, you may contact customer service.

Deletion of Your Information
